In 2011, Ledbetter was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame.

She came to Huntsville, AL to tell her story about women’s equality as a  part of the Global Perspective Institute and sponsored by Global Ties Alabama. Lilly Ledbetter’s powerful testimony gave hope and inspiration to the event’s attendees.
